Dr. Straight was born and raised in Saint Marys, WV. It has been her life's mission to bring excellent Healthcare to the citizens of her hometown and surrounding communities. Over the last 5 years, Dr. Straight has invested her time and resources to build a state of the art health clinic equipped with routine and urgent care resources that patients once needed to drive over 30 minutes to receive. Since joining PARS Healthcare in 2022, the clinic has added additional providers for better access to urgent needs and invested in multiple programs to decrease the cost of Healthcare.

All services in St. Marys are available to the general public. Lab and X-Ray from outside physicians will need a printed order form. Urgent Care / Walk-In visits are available to anyone M-F 7:30 am to 4:45 pm. Please bring your insurance card or be prepared to discuss cash pay options. PARS advanced imaging (MRI, Ultrasound and CT) can also accept all patients. These services are located in Belpre, OH and Parkersburg.

Same Day / Walk In Visits
Don't want to travel over 30 minutes for a sick visit? Then don't! Call or stop in and we can take care of your cold, minor aches and injuries. Saving you time and money.
On Site XRay
Possible injury? Need an updated chest xray? Xray is available Monday-Friday 730 to close.
Vaccines / Injections
We offer most injections and vaccines including b12, shingrix, flu, tdap, minor joint injections and more.
Telehealth
Need to be seen but can't make it in? Want to see a specialist but dont want to drive 2+ hours. Ask about our telehealth options!
Rapid Testing
The clinic is fully stocked with rapid flu / strep / covid antigen testing to get you the right information and care plan.
